In Lorient, the fishmonger profession is in tension. Young people and reconverts struggle to find work. The Ville de Lorient Apprenticeship Training Centre has organized a workshop to attract young people to this profession. Guillaume Cardiet, fishmonger at Leclerc de Quéven, gave a helping hand to potential future apprentices. He shared his experience and explained the challenges of the job. Fish doesn't have a great image, but the job has changed. The hours are more flexible and the working conditions are better.
